Oh, I am so trying this.

Another really tasty oven roasted veggie is brussel sprouts - the outer leaves break off and get crispy almost like tater chips!

I'm not a fan of cauliflower, but this makes me wonder, have you ever roasted broccoli? If you have you should post a recipe!

This sounds amazing!

DH is vegan and I'm inbetween so I'm going to try replacing the parmesan with nutritional yeast flakes. We'll see how it works!

Thanks for the recipe!

Oh that's amazing that you got your husband to eat Cauliflower. My hubby hates celery with a passion, yet I don't mind it.
One time I made butternut squash soup and snuck in a few stalks celery (it was pureed, so he didn't notice). I asked him how he liked it and he said, "it's SOooo good," but when I told him the soup had celery he was in disbelief. LOL

What is it about men and cauliflower? My boyfriend hates it too. He may be forced to try this version though, it looks so good!

Oh, this looks good, DH is out of town and I must try this when he returns. I just discovered cauliflower, via the fake mashed potatoes recipes, but DH hates them that way, I'll have to make this for us next week!

I love to roast cauliflower. And broccoli is AMAZING like that-gets a total nutty flavor to it. We also roast asparagus. As well as all the winter root veggies like potatoes, carrots, beets, parsnips...Fennel is good roasted too.

can you tell no one at MY house is finicky about veggies?! :P

YUM. I always alter recipes when I see them too so you're not alone. I just did it the other day with some squash, and your lentil soup is what inspired my stew. This one looks yummy! I actually did something similar using your zucchini fry recipe on cauliflower. It really is a pretty versatile veggie. Can't wait to try this, wonder if it works with broccoli too?

It's crazy you posted this recipe as I was looking at a head of cauliflower in the fridge I had purchased over the weekend. I was thinking, "There has to be a better way to serve it than just steamed." Can't wait to try this one. I have tried a few of your other recipes over the past couple of weeks and they are all winners! Thanks Roni.

This sounds good! I usually just look at/drool over your recipes but I'll actually make this... your nutritional info is so much better then the one on the other website, aside from the cheese, what else is getting rid of those 10 extra grahms of fat?

I can't wait to try this! I made my own roasted cauliflower last night. 2 tsp olive oil, some chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt(I didn't measure). When I'm cooking with DS I put things in ziploc baggies so he can shake them for me.
