I put my own little twist on it. Took a pita and topped it with a little cheese. Warmed it up in a frying pan until the cheese melted and the pita was crispy. My best g/f comes for dinner once or twice a week and we have committed to making only healthy meals. I used to go to WW and actually became a lifetime member- havent been for ages and put back on 13 lbs. Roni- I'm 5'10 and weigh in at 168.5 as of today. I was 173.5 on Dec 21st . I'm also smoke-free since Jan 1 yeahhhhh!!!!!!!!! Feels great. I see you're down in the 140s. WOW!! I think that might be a bit low for my body type even though I'm a bit taller than you. I was quite comfy at 160 so i've kept that as my next goal. I really wanted to enter your contest so I cut and paste the code. When I was a kid I saw how mayo is made - raw eggs and oil whipped together - DISGUSTING!! I haven't touched the stuff since.
