I just made this and it was delicious! Thanks Roni. Great video and I loved watching your toddler run around. It makes it real. I have three kids of my own all under the age of 6.
I am heading to the gym so to boost the protein a little bit I just added a slice of fat free ham and a sprinkle of cheese as I do love egg and cheese together!

Thanks for this. It is a really nice weekend treat too!
Take care.

So I have loved all your videos so far, but this was my favorite all because of the toddler (I guess that is just the teacher in me). He was a riot :) And the fritatta looks great! Thanks for the new idea!

Roni,

That was HILARIOUS!! The toddler part!! I loved the duster coming in the frame. Hilarious.

Oh, and the frittata looked great too. We make them often with things like smoked salmon, goat's cheese, asparagus, mushrooms, etc.

Bonnie - Ahhhh you caught me! LOL the first two videos were a fluke. I didn't even realize I was wearing green! Then when I did I was searching through my closet for more green stuff! Now it's a "thing". LOL

As for the cookies, the Stevie is a bit tricky to work with. I noticed the sweetness level is drastic different with different brands. Which I think is odd. To be honest, I think the cookies come out better with the Splenda. You could always double the sugar but then in essence you would be doubling the calories.

Oh! and they are pretty small. Last time I got 27 out of the batch, I think when you use the stevia the cookies have less volume.

Dani - THANKS! That means a lot coming from you, your stuff is AWESOME!

Roni,
I'll bet your favorite color is green....right? What made me say that? Hmmmmmmmmm. You did a great job on your Frittata...and you're just so enjoyable to watch...toddler and all! I just finished making your chocolate meringue cookies. I'm not sure I did it just right. I only got 23, and they were very small. And I'm not sure the Stevia was sweet enough, but I used the packets and poured several into a measuring teaspoon. They taste a bit bitter...but still good, ya know? Oh well, I will try again tomorrow. For one thing, my eggs may have been not the freshest. And I'm not sure about the Stevia, and I "could have" beat the whites a little too long and perhaps beat some of the air out of them. Oh well, like you said in this video...it's all about experimenting...or something like that. Thanks Roni!
