		<description>Hi Roni - the salad looks good (we've currently got no watermelons in these here parts - Montana!) but just wanted to say that I watched your video on the quesadilla and it was just really nice to actually see and hear you. I mean, photos are fine, but it is nice to hear your voice and see your expressions, etc.  And I agree with one of your other commenters about having a show.  You need to sign up for that Next Food Network Star contest whenever they do it again!  Thanks - and I will look forward to more videos and recipes here at Green Lite Bites!</description>

		<description>The only bummer about that is that pomegranates are in season only from September to December.  And watermelon's are in season from about mid July to MAYBE September.  I'm just a food geek who doesn't like to eat out of season...or not locally grown food.  So I guess it's MY problem.  :o)</description>
